Terms and Conditions for the Art Raffle
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Art Raffle ("Raffle") organized by COLORFUSION artist ARTCRY. By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to adhere to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- The Raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ARTCRY are not eligible to participate.
3. Raffle Tickets
- Tickets are priced at $5 each.
- Participants may purchase multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning.
- Tickets can only be purchased through the designated platform as specified by ARTCRY.
4. Raffle Drawings
- Drawings will take place every Sunday.
- Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of ticket holders.
5. Prizes
- The prize consists of a FREE custom painting created by ARTCRY.
- Each winner will also receive a FREE consultation to discuss their custom piece.
6. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.
7. Shipping
- Prizes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking at no additional cost to the winner.
- ARTCRY is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that occur once the item has been shipped.
8. No Cash Value
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ARTCRY is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from participation in the Raffle or acceptance of the prize.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARTCRY operates.
11. Changes to Terms
